Accountabilities.
As a Custodian, you are the backbone of a clean, safe, and welcoming workplace. Your contributions ensure that every employee and visitor walks into a space that feels organized and well-maintained. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:
Own Your Space: Ensure all assigned cleaning and maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and with attention to detail. A spotless facility starts with you!
Safety First: Follow all safety guidelines and report any maintenance or safety concerns immediately to keep our workplace hazard-free.
Stay Organized: Keep cleaning supplies stocked, custodial closets tidy, and document your cleaning tasks as needed.
Be Proactive: Identify areas that need extra attention and take initiative to keep our work environment in top shape.
Be a Team Player: Work independently while also collaborating with others to maintain a clean and productive space for everyone.
Lead by Example: Uphold professionalism, reliability, and a strong work ethic in everything you do.

Bonus Points if You Have:
Prior experience in custodial, janitorial, or cleaning services (but we’re happy to train the right person!).
Familiarity with cleaning equipment and maintenance tools.
A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred, but not required).
