You’ll be a part of a very dynamic team focused on the following types of activities:

Reconciling, processing and submitting WHT tax reclaim applications, resulting from dividend and interest distributions paid to our Clients, to tax authorities in various countries across entire globeResolving queries raised by tax authorities and/or our ClientsActing as a checker in the processProviding support to other tax related processes if neededParticipating in process of onboarding new Clients if requiredAssisting in preparation of special reports and ad-hoc projects

Your key responsibilities:

Preparing documentation in the tax reclaim processValidating documentation prepared by team memberssupporting the onboarding of new Clients or processesbuilding safe environment to test new solutions and encourage outside the box thinkingchallenging covered process in order to identify and mitigate risks assisting in development junior team members

Qualifications:

2-3 years of relevant experienceFluency in English, German will be an assetComputer literacyAbility to organize work efficiently and meet deadlinesStrong creativity, innovation, problem solving skillsWillingness to develop and learn fastBachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
