Hourly Position: $25-$35/HR based upon Experience & Industry KnowledgeShift: 40+hrs/Wk set between the hours of 6am-4pm, with a "Life happens" understanding employer that allows flexibility within reason for Dr appointments, Daycare circumstances, School Bus schedules etc.Atmosphere: Beautiful facility, relaxed culture, tenured staff, frequent employee events such as Grill Outs and Company functionsHolidays: 6 Paid holidaysVacation: 40 hrs/Yr after the first year (negotiable), 80 hrs/Yr after 2 years, 120 hrs/Yr after 5 yearsHealth Insurance: Company pays 50% of employees premium cost, after 90 days of employmentSimple IRA: Simple IRA after one full year. Employee can place up to 5% of their gross pay/wk.
