**Job Title: Custom Club Builder**
**Job Description**
The Custom Club Builder is responsible for assembling custom golf clubs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves working with rulers, gauges, hand tools, and machines to complete assemblies, ensuring the overall quality of the clubs and meeting specified standards. The position also requires maintaining cleanliness and safety in the work area, reading and understanding work instructions and specifications, and representing the brand by utilizing the PUMA 4Keys (Fair, Honest, Positive, Creative) in all decisions, actions, and processes.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble golf clubs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
+ Use rulers, gauges, hand tools, and machines to complete assemblies.
+ Work with various solvents, such as alcohol and acetone.
+ Ensure the overall quality of the clubs and meet specifications.
+ Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
+ Read and understand work instructions and specifications.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
**Schedule**
6:00am-2:30pm / Monday-Friday
**Essential Skills**
+ Knowledge of golf club assembly preferred.
+ High school diploma.
+ Good work ethic.
+ Ability to lift 10-20 pounds throughout the day and stand for long hours.
+ Ability to perform basic math calculations.
+ Solid manual dexterity.
+ At least 2 years of experience in assembly/manufacturing preferred.
+ Ability to work daily overtime and weekends when needed.
+ Good verbal and written communication skills.
+ Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to adapt to constantly changing manufacturing requirements.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ High school diploma preferred but not required.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carlsbad, California.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00
