We are currently looking for a Customer Account Administrator to play a pivotal role in helping to support our local Customer Service Centers. As a Customer Account Administrator, you will be responsible for performing detailed administrative and operational functions ensuring the highest level of customer service, quality, efficiency and accuracy in all that you do.

Responsibilities Provide high levels of customer account management by properly maintaining account information and dataHandle administrative, data entry, reporting and reconciliation around asset and inventory controls and purchasingProcess and coordinate Accounts Receivable, Collections and Accounts Payable functions and activitiesEnsure compliance with federal, local and company policies and procedures. Coordinate with Customer Service Center (CSC), regional and corporate employees to ensure high levels of customer service and achieve operational efficiencies

Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or accounting roleHigh School diploma or GED preferredSolid computer skills including Microsoft Office, data entry and the ability to run and analyze reports Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments in a team environment
