$48, 300 – $64, 400

Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.

The Job You Will Perform:

Serve as the primary contact for International Paper’s customers, ensuring a world-class customer experience. Master Customer Account Specialist responsibilities: Convert purchase orders to production orders. Communicate professionally with customers about order status, estimates, changes, and confirmations. Monitor and manage customer inventory levels. Resolve order discrepancies, quality complaints, overdue accounts, and aged inventory. Shipping tasks: Receive in deliveries in SAP Schedule trucks and writing up lineup for the PIT drivers on all shifts Consolidate inventory and move out bills, billing & filing Vacation coverage as needed / various shifts Build strong customer relationships to maintain International Paper’s competitive advantage. Understand plant-specific manufacturing capabilities. Coordinate with design, sales, pricing, and operations for new customer items. Understand International Paper’s pricing models. Manage warehoused items using replenishment ordering and FIFO. Report on aged inventory and participate in Non-Price Improvement initiatives. Provide data reporting and forecasts to management, sales teams, and customers as well as report customer concerns and issues. Create and manage customer-specific reports. Resolve customer order discrepancies, including pricing, credits, quality concerns, and returns sometimes requiring communication with the manufacturing and shipping teams.

 

 

The Qualifications you will bring:

3 years of industry experience with a high school diploma/GED or an undergraduate degree. Proficiency in basic math functions for accurate quantities, estimates, and quotations. High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Excellent administrative and organizational skills. Strong customer focus, decision-making, attention to detail, integrity, and problem-solving skills.
