Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Account Coordinator in Boca Raton, Florida. The role involves overseeing the Order Management process and working collaboratively with the Customer Account Manager and Sales team to create and implement policies and procedures that promote efficient order flow management. Responsibilities: • Accurately and efficiently process customer orders according to each account's shipping window and vendor compliance guidelines. • Collaborate with internal departments on Purchase Order shipping windows, inventory availability, and accounting issues. • Coordinate routing with Customer Logistic teams or systems. • Review and monitor daily reports, ensuring all measurement standards are met and promptly report any non-conformances. • Stay updated on Accounts Vendor Compliance changes to prevent charge backs. • Utilize CRM and Management System tools to maintain accurate customer credit records. • Demonstrate strong communication skills in resolving customer inquiries. • Use Microsoft Excel and Pivot Table functionalities to track and analyze order data. • Display integrity, credibility, and commitment in all tasks, maintaining high attention to detail. • Perform any other duties assigned by the manager. Requirements • Proficiency in CRM and Management System tools is a must-have for effective customer account coordination. • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, particularly in creating and managing Pivot Tables. • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for maintaining efficient customer interactions. • A strong background in Customer Service is required to understand and cater to the needs of our clients effectively. • Experience in Order Entry and Order Management is crucial for maintaining accurate customer accounts and ensuring timely service.
