Essential responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Assist HOD/Business Development Director/Customer Support Manager to administer customer accounts.Generate quotations and follow-up on customers’ approvals timely.Interface with customers on account related issues on a routine basis through phone calls, emails and visits.Administer and execute shipping and related logistic issues.Update system - SAP, EIS, MS Excel etc.Inter-department liaison.Coordinate with Operation, Engineering and other internal department on account related issues including off-site jobs.Attend kick-off, visual board, cell and business meetings.Generate Exchange/Lease Agreements and administer such transactions through coordination with internal department, OEM HQ and customer.Manage 24/7 AOG line and provide support during activation.Produce regular reports, eg. Customer Status Report, Monthly Sales Report, etc to document business volumes, turntimes, delivery performance and work in-progress status.Interface with OEM HQ and be involved in warranty claims, rotables inventory and administration, FHA, generation of management reports, marketing events planning and participation.Assist in contract management and administration.Pricing tabulation and analysis formulation.Assist in forecasting and projection of market trends.Rotable management and administration.Assist and participate in marketing campaigns and exhibitions.Generate business reports.Occasional traveling required.Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in business related discipline from a reputable institutionMinimum two years related work experience in aviation industry, front-line customer support/service position preferredGood written, interpersonal and communication skillsA team player who is able to multi-task and prioritize work to meet deadlinesProficient with MS Office and Access database, with SAP experience as a plusRTX is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
