We are actively seeking a Customer Account Manager to assist in the daily transactions, think outside the box, and help propel our business forward. In this role, you will maintain accuracy in purchasing orders and provide clear, consultative communication to clients. You’ll work to develop tailored action plans, manage inventory, and collaborate on sales strategies with integrity and accountability. Responsibilities: + Ensure utmost accuracy in processing customer purchase orders. + Facilitate transparent and consultative communication with customers via phone and email. + Devise and execute action plans to support customer objectives. + Analyze incoming inventory and offer effective solutions to accounts. + Collaborate with customer service manager and team lead to develop, implement, and evaluate sales strategies. + Uphold the company’s integrity and personal accountability standards in all customer interactions. + Meet daily order processing and accuracy targets. + Conduct proactive customer calls while handling inbound requests efficiently. + Apply consultative selling techniques to enhance customer interactions. + Efficiently juggle multiple projects to successful completion. + Engage in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing ideas and solutions. + Manage quoting projects and initiate proactive ideation. + Identify, qualify, and research B2B partnerships across various channels. + Develop innovative programs, specials, and promotional materials for new opportunities. + Perform additional duties as assigned. Skills and Experience Required: + 2+ years of sales and/or marketing experience, coupled with a background in customer service. + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor. + Demonstrated interest in consumer products, particularly for marketing events and advertising purposes. + Proficiency in selling products with a keen understanding of current trends and their market application. + Possesses a high level of competitiveness, along with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn. + Ability to develop original solutions to business challenges and opportunities. + Skilled in implementing continuous improvement concepts and methodologies regularly.
