Customer Account Specialist (Manufacturing)

Qualifications:
+ 3-5+ years of recent customer service, account management, or sales support experience withing (manufacturing, distribution, or industrial company)
+ Experience using ERP, MRP, and EDI systems and Microsoft Office Proficiency (Excel required)
+ Ability to understand supply chain processes, monitor lead times, and shipping
+ Minimum of HS Diploma but Bachelors Degree preferred
Hours: Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm (fully onsite)
Job Description
Manage customer accounts and interact with our company-wide ERP system. Serve as the primary liaison between CSM and our customers.
Responsibilities
+ Routinely check customer’s portals to obtain production order requirements.
+ Update information in CSM M2M (Made to Manage) ERP system.
+ Update information in various spreadsheets and reports.
+ Prepare shipping documents for outbound shipments (domestic and international).
+ Input final details on invoices and mail to customers.
+ Create ASN’s (Advance Shipping Notices).
+ Coordinate trucking company appointments.
+ Maintain contact with customers and assist them as needed.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
