The Job Details:
• Supervise daily activities of Customer Service Reps and Shipping clerks.
• Handles escalated issues with customers.
• Completes daily, weekly and month storage and handling invoicing.
• Approves vacation and personal time for the department.
• Processes paperwork/approval for errors created by the department.
• Required to update Customer monthly KPI reports.
• Office contact for all audits conducted by customers.
• Monitors or performs customer recall procedures.
• Responsible for training new employees.

What We Are Looking For:
Education
• 4 year college Degree preferred
Experience
• 2+ years Supervisory experience preferred.
• 5+ years in Customer Service preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
• Experience in AS400, Word, Excel and Powerpoint preferred.
• Experience with warehouse paperwork and Lotus Notes preferred.
• Broad range of management skills is required with particular emphasis on leadership, supervision, motivation, communication and planning.
