What you’ll do:

Expedite manufacturing orders to facilitate on-time delivery to customers, adjust shipping orders and advise customers of shipment dates/quantity to maintain production at customers’ plants.Forecast and order customer requirements from history, customer materials requirement planning reports.Review and maintain forecasts/orders on weekly, monthly and yearly basis to provide our manufacturing facilities with accurate information so they can order raw materials and schedule capacity as needed.Generate customer required reports utilizing inventory, production and shipping data. Generate reports for finance to process invoices for specific items for a specific customer.Resolve remittance discrepancies to clear accounts receivables. Collect on overdue payables.Supervise 2 to 5 employees and conduct annual performance reviews and develop subordinates.Enter new artwork, new production orders, repeat production orders and shipping orders into computer systems. Maintain accurate information for use by production planning and shipping departments.Receive and process customer complaints of any manner. Process return orders, scrap orders and adjust invoices as needed. Process claims and inform Quality Assurance Department of problems.

You’ll need to have:

Associate degree or equivalent.Minimum 2 years related experience.Working knowledge of Microsoft applications, specifically Word and ExcelMust possess excellent communications skills, both verbally and in writingPreferred qualificationsCollege courses in businessCustomer Service experienceExperience with JDE system
