Customer Acquisition Marketing Manager: North America, AWS Marketing
Would you like to help software companies (ISVs), startups, and small businesses accelerate and maximize their success using the cloud? Amazon Web Services (AWS) is on a hunt for a Customer Acquisition Manager to be part of a team that's shaping the future of how AWS connects with key customer segments.

In this role, you'll be part of a team which builds out a new marketing engine that digitally engages zero-billing / low-billing accounts to a threshold where AWS sales teams and partner sales teams can prospect and grow the account.

You must be an iconic collaborator that has experience in working with and through others to deliver results. You should also have experience in campaign development, digital marketing, performance marketing, and be comfortable operating within a rigid return-on-investment framework. Ideally you will be as comfortable with sales teams and channel partners as you are with your marketing colleagues.

Key job responsibilities

- Collaborate with regional leaders in a matrixed North American organization to deliver against customer acquisition goals inclusive of lead-generation, conversions to first-time service adoptions, and expanding to new services.

- Report on progress to world-wide teams and local partners in field marketing, sales, and partner management.

- Localize and land campaigns in the USA and Canada.

- Work with and through partner marketing, partner management teams to accelerate adoption of channel partner's managed-service offerings and flagship ISV solutions.

- Influence mar-tech and campaign roadmaps to deliver to the needs of your local market.
