01 . Validate, input and process customer requests / sales contracts, timely and accurately using the appropriate applications.
02 . Resolve and document customer inquiries regarding the status of their request for products and services in a timely, efficient and professional manner in accordance with the service level agreement, key performance indicators and escalation procedures. Liaise with customers, team members and other departments in order to resolve most of the customers' administrative problems and queries.
03 . Ensure customer information is maintained in an accurate and timely manner.
04 . Provide support to the account management process by pointing to products and services corresponding to the customer needs.
05 . Identify opportunities for improvement to processes, procedures or tools.
06 . Interface with internal functions to ensure compliance in the delivery of products and services.
07 . Provide highest quality customer services and support in compliance with all internal and external procedures.
08 . Acquire operational, process and product knowledge to resolve customer inquiries and problems.
09 . May assist in commercial projects by preparing reports/statistics, presentations, schedules/planning.
