Customer Administrator
**SUMMARY OF THE ROLE** In this role you will provide administration of customer orders and follow-up to maximize the company's bookings while maintaining an acceptable level of customer service. **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Administer customer orders and contacts by performing all tasks associated, with proper and timely administration of a customer order, including filing, order entry, invoicing, etc. + Co-ordination with all internal groups to assure adequate communication and achieve acceptable service level. + Tracks possible problems in orders (late deliveries e.g.) and acts accordingly to procedures towards the purchasing commissionaire and/or customers to achieve better performance and service levels. + Become familiar with trade compliance rules and regulations. + Provides effective co-ordination regarding delivery of materials and document handling. + Provide timely transportation facilities and decide for special transport when appropriate + Handle drawings, documentation and order specific document handling when appropriate. **Who You Are:** You build the customer relationships. You take time to ask questions and define the problem and make learning a priority and a goal.
