This role Manages customer contracting process and supports all stakeholders in the area of customer agreements including Sales, Legal, Pricing and other business units. Assesses business needs and proposes recommended contractual language to achieve DHL business objectives.

\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n\nProduce quality and accurate contract documents in accordance with established guidelines and timelines: work with Legal, Sales, Pricing, Regional Tender Team, and other business functions to create Local and Global customer contracts, contract amendments, Letters of Agreement, NDAs, Claims Waivers, specialized agreements and other documents\nManage the drafting of all complex specialty agreements\nReview customer redlines and identify changes to customer pricing or operational programs being negotiated, and ensure appropriate approvals are obtained\nPerform final review of contract or amendment for accuracy and correctness\nEnsure all corporate controls concerning contract preparation are being followed and documented, lead calls with stakeholders and communicate essential elements of final contract provisions to Sales, Pricing, Finance and other groups that rely on resultant information\nSupervises some CAA processes and projects independently such as training of CAA Analysts, managing Contract Language database, managing workload on Registration Log (CAA Sales request intake)\nExecute contract expirations process\nReview current terms and pricing on expiring contracts and coordinate with Pricing and Sales on changes needed for new agreements and amendments\nProduce expirations report and communicate with Pricing\nResponsible for securing information from the U.S. sales organization, Pricing and Yield Management for Pricing meetings with Area Sales leadership\nProvide critical contractual information used in implementation of annual general price increase (GPI)\nPrepare and deliver Sales training on contract management processes and procedures\nMaintain Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system by uploading new executed agreement information and by updating any customer-related information\nProduce scheduled and ad hoc reports from the CLM (Contract Database)\n

Skills & Qualifications:

\n\nIntermediate-level professional contributor\nTypically requires BS/BA in related discipline and 4-5 years experience in related field or MS/MA and generally 1-3 years of experience in related field\nProfessional certification is required in some areas\nProficiency in MS Exel, Word, PowerPoint, Access & Adobe\n\n
