Job Description SummaryThe Customer Analytic Focal role will support in the development and lead the deployment of analytics within the Americas/Europe region for the LEAP fleet. The role will work closely with customer teams, engineering, and digital teams to prioritize, develop and utilize analytics to support fleet stability.

Roles and Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Lead the deployment of analytics within the Americas/Europe region for the LEAP fleet working closely with Customer Teams and EngineeringSupport the prioritization and development of analytics to support overall fleet stabilityWork closely with the Digital Teams on development of Digital Products for Analytic applicationsMonitor fleet stability and analytic effectiveness.Inputs and influence over decisions within own discipline and areaDeveloped strong communication and diplomacy skillsCommunicates recommendations and solutions across direct organization and with cross-functional partner organizationsPresents project plans, technical roadmaps, risks, and recommendations to senior leaders (EB and SEB) within technical space and occasionally to senior leaders in partner technical teamsComplex decision making ability; influences decision making with external partiesFinds and interprets data sources, manages large amounts of data, merges data sources together, ensures consistency of data-sets, creates visualizations to aid in understanding data, and communicates insights / findings in simplified way to reach people who not understand complex statisticsInputs and influence over decisions within own discipline and areaDeveloped strong communication and diplomacy skillsCommunicates recommendations and solutions across direct organization and with cross-functional partner organizationsPrimary focus is within the direct organization / functionPresents project plans, technical roadmaps, risks, and recommendations to senior leaders (EB and SEB) within technical space and occasionally to senior leaders in partner technical teamsPrioritize, prototype, design, build, test and deploy analytics models and scorecards in agile methodologyDevelop communication, training and change management deliverables required to increase adoption

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)Minimum of 8 years' experience in data analytics and digital technology
