Activating customer-focused plans and initiatives across several Customers/Categories to achieve sales and profit objectives Working with Customer Business Managers/Leads on select categories/projects to deliver sales volume to ensure achievement of Bayer Consumer Health (BCH) goals and objectivesFocusing across various accounts and categories to build opportunities and relationships

What you will do:
Executes short and long-term account strategies and business plans that support achievement of Divisional strategy and desired outcomesDemonstrates leadership and strategic partnership with the customer through category leadership, consumer and shopper insights, and marketing to help steer and grow the business togetherMay manage budgets, including trade allocation, promotional funds and displaysPartners with Forecasting to analyze volume for sales and displays Utilizes strategic selling and negotiation skills to maximize sales growth and promotional effectivenessBuilds customer relationships through Merchant meetings, where appropriate, to share consumption and category trends, Planogram recommendations, and identify opportunities to win between BCH and the customerResponsible for promotional tracking and management, including displays, flyers, and shopper marketing programs Responsible for back-order mitigation, reporting and providing a voice for the customer on operational/order flow details to effective inventory managementUnderstands and is oriented-towards a balanced business of store- based retail and Omni-Channel expansion in e-Commerce and Digital solutions
Who you are:
BA degree or equivalent requiredExperience working/educated in the Canadian retail industryCustomer Management/CPG Industry experience considered an asset High ability to self-start and show leadershipAbility to think strategically and prioritize activities with short and long-term planningGood financial acumen – managed budgets Ability to identify risks and business opportunities to support business plan objectivesStrong computer skills, including MS Office applications, database information sourcesNegotiation and influencing skillsStrong written and verbal English communication skillsCollaborates with accountability and an inclusion mindset; ability to hold each other accountable across teams while respecting differences and embracing inclusion High learning agility; demonstrated ability to act, learn fast and evolve Self-motivating and outcome focused, driving to highest impact outcomes
