The Business Controller is accountable for managing, controlling and continuously improving financial performance of a business organization. Also responsible for financial planning and analysis as well as identifying and monitoring risks and opportunities. Ensures compliance of the related activities with Nokia's accounting principles, internal controls policies, and reporting procedures as well as with external rules and regulations.

Excellent knowledge of the Nokia business and business drivers, Business & Financial Acumen, Strategic Thinking & Analysis, Excellent communication and negotiation skills, Financial Leadership.
Achieved well-advanced skills of a specific professional discipline combining deep knowledge of theory and organizational practice or expertise. Recognized expert in their field (depth & breadth). Typically requires 5-8 years extensive relevant experience and a graduate / postgraduate equivalent degree.
Native level in Korean (or equivalent) and business level in English are mandatory.

Manages, controls and continuously improves the financial performance of a CT across all BG’s. CFO representative in the CT and business partner to CT Head. Expert on CT level forecasted numbers (for all BGs) Expert knowledge on CT Order Backlog actual and forecast. Provides financial strategic insights on Forecasted numbers and advice on innovative business schemes. Key customer interface for all financial matters Performs financial risk management, controlling risks and opportunities in financials Drives together with CT Head, Asset Improvement topics. Provides financial expertise for customer offers when required, and supports negotiations regarding financial matters, within approved LoA. Proficient knowledge of CT pipeline cases and associated risks / opportunities.
