Answers routine questions and issues from external or internal customers. Frequently escalates more complex customer complaints or issues to more senior customer service representatives. Typically has 0-2 years of experience and works under close supervision. Incumbents working in a call center environment should be matched to call center positions instead of this role. Summary/Objective:
As the Customer Care Coordinator you will provide professional customer service to both internal and external customers.  You will collaborate with customers and Unarco staff to resolve customer issues.  The Customer Care Coordinator will also work to strengthen the relationships with external customers and interface directly with customer buying staff.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time hourly position, with hours of Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (some flexibility)

Compensation:

Commensurate with experience

Required Education and Experience:

High school diploma and relevant experience.
