Order Execution Manager
Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for order management, customer communication, problem resolution, and follow through for the MOSD division in New Berlin, ensuring the customer receives great customer service experience. You will be responsible for all activities of the Order to Cash process and work with other internal functions to provide responses to customer requests while also anticipating future needs.The work model for the role is: #LI - HybridThis role is contributing to the Motion System Drives Division in New Berlin, WI area.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tManage order management related transactions with a high degree of accuracy including but not limited to sales orders, project orders, debit/credit memos, payment disputes, and delivery schedules using SAP, SalesForce, and other tools as required.•\tImprove existing customer relationships by forming deep understanding of client requirements and expectations. Provide positive customer experience by delivering world class customer care and order management, taking ownership of key accounts.•\tRespond promptly to inquiries, especially when critical issues arise, demonstrating urgency to best serve the customer. Build collaborative relationships across functions to enhance customer service.•\tExplore and utilize creative and proactive solutions to day-to-day and event-based problems. Qualifications for the role2 years of relevant work experience in Customer Service and an Associate’s degree, or high school diploma / GED and 5 years of relevant work experience.Proficiency with an ERP system, SAP preferred.Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
