Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Advisor to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all orders placed at Alloga UK are processed accurately and efficiently, in alignment with company guidelines. You will also be responsible for resolving any customer queries effectively.
Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with Company Health & Safety policies at all times.Maintain high standards of health and safety.Report all accidents and near misses immediately to a Supervisor or Manager.Provide top-tier customer care to ensure maximum satisfaction.Maintain a thorough understanding of Alloga UK policies and procedures.Communicate any special attention requirements to Supervisors or Managers.Answer all incoming calls within 7 seconds.Manage Alloga UK email boxes daily.Support other Customer Care areas as needed.Prioritise work effectively to manage urgent order requests.Collaborate with operational colleagues on special order requests.Process orders within agreed timescales and accurately according to SOP.Complete and share client reports daily.Liaise professionally with clients and the Finance Department regarding account or pricing issues.Process export orders and action EDI rejections as required.Attend client meetings when necessary..
CompetenciesExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work accurately and pay attention to detail.Proven ability to work independently and take initiative.Strong telephone and customer care skills.
Proficient in PC usage and building customer loyalty.Personal AttributesFlexible approach to work hours.Smart in appearance with a good attendance record.Strong interpersonal skills, confident, and professional demeanour.Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.Knowledge, Skills, and Experience RequiredNVQ Level 2 or equivalent.Previous customer service experience.Intermediate numeracy and literacy skills.Excellent customer care skills and a professional telephone manner.Proficient keyboard skills and attention to detail.Good communication skills with intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.Sound knowledge of GDP and trained in relevant SOPs within 3 months.What Cencora offersBenefit offerings outside the US may vary by country and will be aligned to local market practice.
