Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity in Minneapolis for a Customer Care Advocate involves processing customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. It also involves monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action.
Responsibilities:
• Advocate for members and employers
• Answer member questions accurately and promptly
• Resolve issues via telephone and written correspondence to foster strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders
• Utilize skills in Data Entry, Microsoft Excel, and Call Center Customer Service to perform tasks efficiently and effectively
• Maintain knowledge of business processes and operations to provide high-quality service
• Monitor customer accounts regularly and take appropriate action as needed
• Maintain accurate customer credit records at all times
• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently
Requirements
• Applicant must possess at least one year of experience in a related field.
• Proficiency in data entry is necessary for this role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Prior experience in call center customer service is highly desirable.
• Candidates should have a strong understanding of financial transaction processing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to handle customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and detail-oriented manner.
• Must demonstrate a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
• Bachelor degree required.
