Customer Care Agent (Craftsmen Skills ) )
 

Key Responisbilities:
 

Complaint Management: Efficiently process customer complaints and implement measures to resolve issues, ensuring customer satisfaction. Quality Assurance Supervision: Coordinate and guide team leaders of specialist departments to maintain high-quality work processes and outcomes. Closed-File Reviews: Conduct regular closed-file reviews from the customer's perspective to identify potential areas for improvement. Training Development: Design and lead training sessions on property insurance law for staff development. Project Support: Assist in various projects, including developing checking rules, updating text modules, and automating processes.
  Key requirements/What you bring : Trade Experience: At least completed training in a skilled trade (e.g., Window manufacturer, Painter, Plumber, Carpenter, Electrician, Roofer, Floor Tiler, Glazier, or Plant Mechanic for sanitary, heating, and air conditioning technology) with in-depth knowledge of building repair and maintenance. Construction Industry Knowledge: Sound understanding of the construction industry, especially in building repair, maintenance, and servicing. Team Player: Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with others. Language Skills: Fluency in written and spoken German. Structured Work Approach: Ability to work independently and meticulously with a structured, results-oriented approach. Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of common EDP (EDV) systems and openness to new IT technologies. Professional Experience: Several years of experience in building management, including selection, control, and acceptance of in-house and external services, particularly in the field of building repair, maintenance, and management of commercial
