Customer Care and Project Support Specialist

 


What will you do - Responsibilities:

 

Support in projects implementation (information sharing between Factory-GBS-Market)

Communication with markets regarding: production, demands and any other requests related to PLM projects

NTM’s write-off management

Support Export Operation in administrative tasks, priorities to be shipped to warehouse, ad-hoc issues

TX (tax stamps) management

 

Who are we looking for - Requirements:  

 

Relevant university degree 

Experience in a similar position

Very good English, both written and spoken

Knowledge of Polish language

Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)

Good knowledge of ERP Systems (SAP) - nice to have

A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills

Stress resistance and ability to work under pressure

Analytical and problem-solving skills as well as teamwork abilities will complete your profile
