Core Hours: M-F 8am - 5pm EST

As a Customer Care Associate, you will work in a family-style culture that will allow you to be part of a team of energetic individuals and free thinkers. This role will be onsite 5 days/week in our Reston, VA office.

Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls to assist our homeowners with various warranty concernsUnderstand each customer’s individual needs and determine the best course of actionCommunicate clearly any next steps and help manage expectationsFully document each call accordinglyBuild rapport and manage relationships over the phone

What We Look For in a Candidate

1-3 years of experience in customer serviceProficient typing skillsDemonstrated ability to interact with customersExperience working in a phone-based/call center environment is a plus
