Customer Care Manager

NVR is one of the top 5 homebuilders in the U.S., headquartered in Reston, VA. We are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and are looking for a highly motivated Customer Care Manager to lead our team on-site in Reston, VA.

Position Overview:
As the Customer Care Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure our customers receive top-notch service. You will drive performance, enhance team development, and implement best practices to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead a team of call center agents to ensure high-quality customer service.Monitor call center metrics and performance, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and efficiency.Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters team engagement and motivation.Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.Collaborate with upper management to develop strategies for growth and improvement.Prepare reports on call center performance and present findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Call Center Manager or in a similar role.Minimum of 5 years of call center experience.At least 2 years of experience managing a team in a call center environment.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in call center software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
