At Prologistix we are looking for a Customer Care Rep

Pay rate up to $19 per hour 

Work Schedule: 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday-Friday.

Job Requirements: 

One year of Clerical experience. Must have Excel and Word exp  Must be able to read write and understand English. Good Work Attitude and Team Player.

Duties include:

Communication skills – Past position where they had to interact with people, email correspondence, busy phones. Able to build effective relationships and trust with customers and potential customers by listening to their needs. Experience in answering customer calls and in transferring calls.
