Customer Care Representative
Hours 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday – Friday Pay starting @ $18/hour, based on experience Perform customer service duties such as processing customer orders, tracking product availability, and handling any issues on customer inquiries in a timely manner. **Join Our Team as a Customer Service Representative!** Are you looking for a dynamic role where you can build relationships, ensure smooth operations, and grow your career? We are seeking a dedicated **Customer Service Representative** to manage customer accounts, coordinate with warehouse operations, and provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment. **Key Duties and Responsibilities:** + Accurately invoice and verify accounts in a timely manner + Verify inbound receipts for accuracy and handle discrepancies + Build and maintain strong, professional customer relationships + Generate customer reports (weekly, monthly late/bill reports) upon request + Coordinate product availability and daily schedules with the warehouse team + Work with Operations on special client requests, expediting when necessary + Be the first point of contact to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently + Maintain and file documentation in an organized and comprehensive manner **Additional Duties Include (but are not limited to):** + Check in/out drivers in the front office + Work with scheduling system (C3) to ensure smooth operations + Schedule customer appointments via SalesForce (email) + Communicate with the warehouse team for door assignments and other information + Create inbound loads in the Warehouse Management System (Accellos) + Generate and close BOLs (Bills of Lading) when drivers check out + Ensure inbound load accuracy, send details to customers, and file in the WMS **Why You'll Love Working Here:** + Be part of a supportive team that values collaboration, communication, and efficiency + Opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same + Build strong relationships with both customers and internal teams + Develop your skills with opportunities to learn new systems and programs **Minimum Requirements:** + High School diploma or GED (may be required depending on facility) + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and willing to learn new programs + Must be able to lift at least 20 lbs.; more weight may be required depending on the facility Why Lineage?
