Schedule: Wednesday – Saturday (6:00pm – 4:30am)
*Must be able to train first 3 weeks on 1st shift
Pay: $18.00 hourly (plus $2 night shift premium per hour) - Wage is negotiable based on experience
Provide customer service to truck drivers in our shipping and receiving front office. Assist truck drivers with check in process, assigning their doors, and all the way through until they depart our facility.KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as first point of contact for delivery drivers and visitors at facilityCoordinate with warehouse and transportation to make sure shipping/receiving documents are completed accurately and timelyMay receive, count, and log cash received by carriersVerify and count products to confirm data accuracy in systemNotify carriers and key team members of pending, no shows and/or unscheduled arrivalsEngage with drivers and reschedule appointments if necessaryAnswer phone calls coming into facility and transfer calls to appropriate departmentsEnter data into the warehouse management system (WMS) scheduler Other responsibilities as assigned by managementMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when completing documentsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customersAbility to stand for at least 5 hours in total during shiftProficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite basic knowledge (outlook, excel, word)Ability to work schedule listed. We follow an attendance point system and expect our team members to arrive on time and work full scheduled shift.Must be comfortable working in a team environment. Our Traffic Clerks share office space with other team members across multiple shifts.Adherence to professional dress code is requiredWhy Lineage?
