Responsibilities:
As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing legendary service to customers and prospects by anticipating their needs and finding creative solutions to the challenges of their business. You will focus on growing sales through account nurturing. Your key responsibilities will include:
Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters related to your assigned territories. Engaging with prospects while utilizing your charismatic personality and strong sales experience. Providing LEGENDARY SERVICE by promptly handling incoming calls, emails, texts, and chats from existing customers and prospective clients. Conducting outbound calls, text, and email campaigns to educate and up-sell clients on new products and services to increase sales. Resolving all client issues or concerns in a timely manner. Maintaining and expanding relationships strategically with key accounts. Proactively assessing, clarifying, and validating customer needs on an ongoing basis. Following up daily with new and existing clients to increase client retention. Collaborating with the internal team to maximize regional growth in new client acquisitions and current client reorders.
Experience/Skills/Qualifications:Must have sufficient Wi-Fi and internet connection. Must have a designated workspace for remote employment. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in remote sales and customer service. Broad knowledge and experience in Customer Service. Ambitious, goal-driven, and must possess a positive attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Above-average written and verbal communication skills. Excellent skills in working with Business-to-Business relationships. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner. Experience closing sales over the phone and via WebExProficient in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel. Willingness to be active and engaged.Sales center experience is a plus!
