Ensure a seamless experience by addressing concerns promptly and providing accurate information to enhance customer satisfaction. **Schedule: Monday - Friday 10:00AM - 6:30PM** **Key Duties and Responsibilities** + Accurately invoice and verify accounts to ensure seamless financial transactions. + Confirm inbound receipts with precision to maintain inventory integrity. + Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication and exceptional service. + Generate insightful customer reports (e.g., weekly/monthly late/bill reports) to provide valuable data-driven support. + Coordinate product availability and daily shift schedules in collaboration with the warehouse team. + Work closely with Operations to fulfill special client requests, expediting when necessary to meet urgent needs. + Act as the first point of contact to resolve customer inquiries efficiently and effectively. + Maintain comprehensive and well-organized documentation for easy access and reference. **Additional Duties and Responsibilities** + Partner with Inventory and Operations teams to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies or misplacements. **Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)** + High school diploma or GED (may be required based on facility). + Strong verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency may be required). + Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant computer applications. + Ability to lift a minimum of 20 lbs./9 kgs.
