Customer Care Specialist

Job Overview:

The Linde Gases US division of Linde, Inc. is currently seeking Customer Care Associate in Tonawanda, NY.

The Customer Care Specialist answers inbound calls on several different 800 phone numbers, enters orders for bulk industrial gases and facilitates customer requests. Answers chat and email inquiries from Customers. When not taking inbound calls, the Customer Service Specialist makes outbound calls to existing customers for tank gauge readings. The Customer Care Specialist negotiates order windows and interfaces with Logistics Planner to ensure economic and reliable deliveries to Linde customers.

Primary Responsibilities:

Excellent communication skills with internal and external customers.Interface daily with sales, customer service technicians, accounting, and other internal groups to resolve issues and expedite customer orders.Interface daily with sales, customer service technicians, accounting, and other internal groups to resolve issues and expedite customer orders.Perform general administrative tasks i.e. coordinate meetings, expedite customer orders, data entry, prepare correspondence, process and resolve customer accounting issues.Working knowledge of JDE and Field Centrix Systems.Expert Knowledge- Microsoft Office Suite, Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelAbility to work in a team environment.Practice defensive driving techniques.
