The Customer Care department provides enquiry, quotation, order handling and dispute management services to customers of the Baker Hughes business. The team operates on multiple sites, supporting sale of Druck products.

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for:
· Supporting Sales, Service, Distributors, Dealers, Direct Customers and OEMs for information on lead times.
· Expediting of shipments and/or material; including tracking/managing internal & external customer issues.
· Managing allocated key accounts and countries, and back up other countries.
· Working in cooperation with team members from Sales, Inside Sales and Technical Support.
· Helping resolve issues, and find improvements which increase ease of doing business, and prevent those issues arising again.
· Ensuring all transactions are compliant as per BH policies and Druck Export Control regulations.

To be successful in this role you will:
· Be able demonstrate sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP or Oracle).
· Have bachelor degrees with minimum 3 years' experience in Customer Service/Supply Chain/Trading.
· Be able to speak fluent English and demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
· Able to work independently. Have problem solving skills.
· Have ability to converse in Korean is an added advantage.
