Customer Care Specialist
Description The Customer Care rep acts as a cross-regional support within the Customer Care Manager (CCM) team, centralizing all dispatch processes for freelance chefs and service providers. In addition, she/he will manage all Return Goods Authorizations (RGAs) by the Signature Authorization policy. The centralized function of Customer Care rep. within the full customer care process will provide efficiencies, standardization, and analysis to the dispatch tasks. • Dispatch Certified Chefs (RCCs) as requested for start-up training - Enter 30-40 orders a day • Dispatch Service Providers (RSPs) as needed for site certifications, installations, and commissions • Process and follow up with Return Goods Authorization requests to ensure timeliness from all parties, acting as liaison with the North America Distribution Center (NADC) and BTX to coordinate shipments to the NADC • Process chemical orders for assigned accounts (i.e., Ecolab) and as needed to support the CCM team • Developing and coordinating standardized operating procedures for dispatch processes • Exchange with CCM team members and managers to analyze and develop best practices • Backup CCMs as needed for orders • Participate in all required company programs and activities • Cultivate relationships with external partners (RCCs and RSPs) and internal partners (warehouse, RTMs) • Other duties as needed Skills & Qualifications Must Haves: - 2+ years of corporate office experience using an ERP/CRM (SAP Preferred) - Order Entry - 50+ orders in a day - Ability to calculate and work with figures and amounts such as distances, times, and dates - ERP: SAP, JD, Oracle, or any other erp. - Basic Microsoft Excel experience TESTING: Typing test and Microsoft Excel Nice Haves: - Salesforce.com - Associate’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred - Spanish, German and other languages are advantageous - Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry Soft Skills: - Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions - Personable with good relationship-building skills - Superior writing and editing skills - Strong verbal presentation, questioning, and listening skills with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from diverse groups of people.
