Customer Care Specialist I (hybrid)
Job Description SummaryProvide exceptional service to all internal and external customers through effective use of contact handling skills and techniques. Subject Matter expert in product, processes and policies. Primary contact for Key Focus accounts and/or business, Sales Force, Product End Users. Responsible for meeting business objectives and targets as defined for this position, supporting and building relationships with Business Unit(s), effectively communicating, driving process improvements and guiding processes to meet customer expectations.

Main Responsibilities:

Manage order entry for customers (creation of orders)

Handle complaints and claims

Monitor customer credit notes

Provide feedback on sales performance

Help resolve disputes between Sales and Marketing and Customers

Process returns of stock

Issue invoices

Maintain databases

Produce reports as required


Qualifications:

High school diploma required

2 years of customer service experience required

2 years of call center experience preferred

Fluent English

Excellent telephone manner

Good PC skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

Ability to work well under pressure

Positive attitude

Commitment to providing excellent customer service

Team player

Self motivated
