Customer Care Specialist - Remote Michigan
+ Job Title: Customer Care Specialist + Location: 100% Remote (Michigan Only) + Pay Rate: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour + Shift: Flexible, must be available for shifts between 8:00 AM - 12:00 AM EST, including weekends + Contract Length: 12 months - potential to extend based on performance Key Responsibilities + Serve as the product expert for current and future EV lineups and associated services. + Assist customers through chat, phone, and email regarding products, reservations, dealership interactions, and service issues. + Ensure comprehensive resolution of customer inquiries, enhancing their EV buying and ownership experience. + Continuously improve customer satisfaction by leveraging strategic insights and providing tailored solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications + 1-2 years in call center environments - REQUIRED + Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage diverse customer interactions. + Proficiency with computer systems, including navigation and typing. + Experience or interest in electric vehicles and technology preferred. + Strategic thinking with the ability to process customer feedback and improve service strategies. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
