Required Skills & Qualifications + 1-2 years in call center environments - REQUIRED + Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage diverse customer interactions. + Proficiency with computer systems, including navigation and typing. + Experience or interest in electric vehicles and technology preferred. + Strategic thinking with the ability to process customer feedback and improve service strategies.
