Customer Center Coordinator

+ DEFINITION/PRIMARY FUNCTION
+ Oversee the daily operations of the Facilities Customer Center; answer phones; Receive, assign and respond to work order email requestors for BMC main campus; off campus buildings; create and assign work to engineering staff per direction of department Director / VP ; assist Director of Facilities and Support Service Department Directors to coordinate workload and to maintain communications link between Support Services Division and its customers.
+ POSITION QUALIFICATIONS (Minimum qualifications are required unless stated otherwise.)
+ Experience:
+ Education and Training:
+ High School diploma. Business or secretarial training required. Proficient on MS Office Suite.
+ License, Certification & Registration:
+ None.
+ Other Requirements:
+ Must be able to use communications equipment, phones, pagers, radios. Must work with many crews and contractors; Must be able to communicate with patients using AIDET standards.
