You manage customer enquiries and keep the updated on scientific analysis by understanding the requirement, identifying and liaising with appropriate laboratory and administration functions and expediting service delivery.

How you will contribute

You will support customers by asking appropriate questions in response to their questions so you can provide accurate responses and when appropriate, optimize calls by informing them of other available services they may be interested in purchasing. When necessary, you will follow up on outstanding issues with the client. In addition, you will respond to emails in the general customer service in-box and assign them to others when appropriate; handle emergency response service requests; support reception; and participate in site-wide projects.

What you need to know about this position:

Personalized profile for food service clients, experience with clients like SigmaTracking in food service supply with internal/external clientsFollow-up in conjunction with internal client to cover quotasLiaison with sales in monthly closings and relationship with areas such as demand planning, manufacturing operationLeadership to manage fill rate, orders and billing

Education / Certifications:

Industrial Engineer or related or Bachelor's degree in economic-administrative areaMinimum 5 years of experience

SAP, office, Excell advancing knowledge as essential
