Customer Delivery Engineering Technical Leader

Your Impact As a key member of the DCAPPS Experts, you will play a vital role in enhancing our customers' experiences and advancing their technological capabilities. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work on groundbreaking projects and influence the next generation of data center solutions. * Lead customer delivery engagements and provide critical issue support for large-scale solutions and complex issues through deep technical expertise. * Provide leadership capabilities and insights for creating and sharing intellectual capital * Influence the Engineering team to improve products and actively mentor and develop others. * Drive customer technology transitions, influencing solution architectures and services. * Build customer simulations to resolve and validate complex problems and compatibility issues. * Provide technical expertise and escalation support in detailing and resolving technical problems found in products and solutions. * Support presale activities and translate business requirements into solution design. * Actively work with Engineering teams to address systemic product issues and drive usability and serviceability improvements. Minimum Qualifications * 7+ years of demonstrated ability in leading technical teams * Proven expertise in Kubernetes. * Proficiency in K8 and Containers. * Solid experience in Linux System Administration. * Familiarity with Nexus Dashboard. * Experience with Nexus Dashboard Fabric Controller.
