Our client, in consumer packaged goods industry is seeking a **Customer Demand Planner** to join their team. The ideal candidate will have customer service, supply chain/logistics and supply chain systems experience which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title: Customer Demand Planner** **Location: Englewood Cliffs NJ -or- Fully Remote** **Pay Range: $26 - $32 hourly (W2 only, NO C2C)** **Contract: 3 months (extensions possible)** **What’s the Job?** + Serve as the responsible party for modeling demand, planning replenishment, and managing inventories with a customer-focus for key customers in our integrated and extended supply chain, with emphasis on managing baseline forecasts on all items and promotional volume and phasing on key promotions. + Activities require frequent communication with Customer Development and the customer, and the successful execution of the role has a direct effect on sales volume/profitability as well as the customer's sales volume/profitability. + You will apply analytical techniques and leverage supply chain data to develop tactical inventory replenishment plans for your customer. + Link closely with Customer Development, Customer partners, Response Planner and Operations leadership in planning and executing inventory preparedness and order execution for Terms of Sale compliance. + Analyze key trends in order history in the context of the customer's supply chain processes to proactively identify and propose improvements. **What’s Needed?** + **Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business-related fields.** + **1-3 years of relevant Logistics, Operations, Manufacturing, or Customer Service experience required.** + **Technical understanding of SAP, AMPS, Merlin or other Supply Chain information systems and strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Access.** + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. **What’s in it for me?** • Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k • Weekly pay with direct deposit • Consultant Care support • Free Training to upgrade your skills • Dedicated Career Partner to help you achieve your career goals If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, **click apply now** and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
