Customer Education Portfolio Manager

Focused on building exceptional digital learning programs delivered through our world-class learning portal, The Learning Center, the team thrives on collaboration, innovation, and strategic alignment to empower our clients and employees alike.  Role Description: The Customer Education Portfolio Manager is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive learning strategy that aligns with business objectives and established learning frameworks. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills. The Portfolio Manager will partner closely with business leaders to identify training needs, prioritize learning initiatives, and oversee the development and delivery of high-quality training programs across various modalities. This includes working directly with Subject Matter Experts, Learning Specialists, Content Developers, Learning Operations Lead, and other stakeholders across the business to ensure the effectiveness and impact of our Customer Education programs. Responsibilities and Impact: Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand training needs, identify knowledge gaps, and prioritize learning initiatives aligned with business objectives. Develop and execute a comprehensive learning portfolio strategy that addresses the evolving needs of our customers and internal teams. Lead the development and launch of high-quality training programs across various modalities (e.g., instructor-led training, virtual classrooms, eLearning, microlearning, certifications, knowledge base articles and videos). Work directly with Subject Matter Experts, Product Management, Client Success Manager’s, Learning Specialists, and Learning Developers to gather content, design engaging learning experiences, and ensure the timely and effective delivery of training programs. Drive the go-to-market strategy for new training offerings, including developing marketing materials, conducting pilot programs, and gathering feedback to continuously improve program effectiveness. Track, measure, and analyze the impact of training programs on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction, product adoption, and employee productivity. Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in learning and development, including emerging technologies and methodologies. Proactively identify and implement process improvements to streamline learning operations and enhance the overall learner experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Customer Success) to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of training initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster a collaborative and supportive learning environment. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business, or a related field 5+ years of experience in a learning and development role Proficiency in learning technologies and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia) Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for content management, presentation design, and reporting Experience with learning management systems (LMS) Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies Proven experience in project management and stakeholder management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Experience with UX/UI and/or CX design (a plus) Experience with Agile methodologies (a plus) Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment (a plus) This position is limited to those with the right to work in the United States.
