**Job Description**
Bosch RideCare operates within the Connected Services product area of Bosch, which develops state of the art solutions as well as advanced features leading to the future of vehicle electronics. The Ridecare team works with international colleagues and focuses on innovating and developing solutions for fleet customers in many new market segments.
Support Customer Success teams in ensuring seamless customer experiences and effective onboarding of new customers for our products and services within the RideCare product line. This role focuses on supporting customer onboarding processes and operational improvements while also developing material to ensure customer product understanding. It is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where customer satisfaction and data-driven decisions are at the forefront.
Responsibilities
+ Analyze field and customer data to provide insights, trends, and recommendations to the team.
+ Collaborate with the Customer Success, and Field Operations team(s) to help onboard new customers and provide support during early adoption phases.
+ Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and summaries to present data-driven insights to internal stakeholders.
+ Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities for operational improvements and user journey updates.
+ Document processes, workflows, and best practices on internal wikis to improve organizational knowledge sharing.
**Qualifications**
+ Currently enrolled in a program for Engineering, User Experience, Business and or Marketing.
+ Minimum of two semesters completed and a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
+ Basic understanding of data analytics principles and experience working with tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau (or similar platforms).
+ Strong communication skills (both oral and written) to effectively interact with global team members as well as customers.
+ Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
+ Passion for solving problems, working with data, and delivering excellent customer experiences.

Individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
