Job Description:

We seek a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Manager on the Contractor Customer Engagement Team.  In this pivotal role you will be responsible for developing and implementing customer engagement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience, addressing customer inquiries & concerns, and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.

This role will provide targeted, consultative training to distinct roles within the restoration industry and hone in on individual companies' business models to achieve these results. The emphasis is on cultivating optimal operational data collection and business processes. Assist in implementing initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, concurrently advocating for the utilization of CoreLogic products; both in Franchisor and Independent models. Participate in industry-specific events to foster connections and champion the advancement of brand awareness. Serve as a subject matter expert, possessing operational proficiency in CoreLogic products.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Conduct a strategic analysis of the company's business to develop a project plan to implement CoreLogic products successfully and systematically.Evaluate Contractor Solutions customers' complaints effectively and work consultatively with them to achieve progressive resolutionEffectively communicate implementation and initiative updates to the cross functional teams to ensure alignment with customer needs.Visit designated restoration company locations to oversee implementation and provide comprehensive consultative training.Conduct regional consultative training sessions in front of large contractor groups to guarantee uniform and precise operational processCollaborate with Product Management to advance our platforms, enhancing operational usability.Successfully implement a project plan tailored to the company's business model with CoreLogic products.Stay abreast of CoreLogic product releases and enhancements, ensuring the effective implementation and communication of these updates to all Strategic Account clients.Effectively increase the Utilization Score within the Contractor Solutions client base.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to integrate innovative solutions seamlessly.Foster a culture of innovation by engaging with internal stakeholders and promoting creative thinking.

Job Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA) preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer engagement, customer success, or related roles, preferably in the technology or restoration industry.Proven track record in project management and implementing customer engagement strategies.Experience in providing consultative training and operational process optimization.Familiarity with CoreLogic products and services is highly desirable.

Skills and Competencies:

Strong analytical skills to conduct strategic business analysis and develop project plans.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.Proficient in problem-solving and conflict resolution, with the ability to address customer complaints effectively.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention through innovative engagement strategies.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and process improvement.Willingness to travel to customer locations for training and implementation oversight.

Certifications:

Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus.Customer Success Manager (CSM) certification or equivalent is a plus.

Annual Pay Range:

53,200 - 75,000 USD
