Customer Engagement Operations
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative professional to manage and optimize our digital platforms and processes across the CEE cluster in the pharmaceutical industry. The Customer Engagement Operations role involves overseeing platforms such as VeevaCRM, SFMC, Website Factory, eWizard, and others, ensuring they align with the latest updates and releases. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing processes, delivering training, and actively contributing to the overall Customer Engagement Strategy.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage CEE Pharma digital platforms and processes (including but not limited to VeevaCRM, SFMC, Website Factory, eWizard, etc.).Act as CEE System Owner for specific platforms, ensuring proper maintenance and timely delivery of requested features in line with releases.Design processes and training programs for new digital platforms and tools, collaborating with training colleagues to ensure smooth delivery to end-users.Actively contribute to shaping the CEE Customer Engagement Strategy across both offline and online channels.Provide expert advice and recommendations to Customer and Product teams, championing the advantages of digital solutions to enhance the overall customer experience and satisfaction.Lead and participate in cross-functional projects involving internal CEE and HQ stakeholders.
Who you are:
Data Analysis, Digital Marketing, Website Management, Google Analytics, IT & Process Knowledge.Strong experience in managing cross-functional projects, with a focus on continuous improvement and optimization.In-depth understanding of the CEE cluster's market dynamics.University Degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Operations Research, IT, Finance, or Engineering.3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in business analytics, IT, or digital solutions.Demonstrated ability to lead in a non-hierarchical environment and foster new ways of working.Strong intrinsic motivation for continuous learning and a willingness to challenge the status quo.Fluent in English and at least one additional local CEE language.Desired Behaviors:
