Ryerson has an opportunity for a Fabrication Inside Sales Representative position. As a Fabrication Inside Sales Representative you will be responsible for this is a transactional and relational position that works with internal and external customers in the sales function.

Roles and Responsibilities:
•Ability to read & interpret both basic and advanced customer prints (components to full weldments/assemblies)
•Ability to determine most effective process for processing metal parts based upon customer supplied parameters
•Maximizes the opportunity to build relationships with previously assigned or new customers through response to requests for quotation, material needs, technical inquiries, and product solutions with the goal of winning business and maximizing profitability
•Responsible for full cycle of customer orders from creation through delivery, communicating and resolving any deviations from what has been promised
•Establishes and maintains strong relationships with internal and external partners, including but not limited to account managers, credit center, inventory managers and an extensive vendor network
•Understands the goals and concepts of the business to achieve sales and profitability targets
