Description We're looking for a Customer Engagement Specialist to join our client in the biotech industry. This exciting role will involve developing engagement strategies, addressing customer inquiries and providing high-level customer service. Main responsibilities: + Implement customer engagement strategies to foster loyalty and retention. + Support customers with queries and provide excellent customer service. + Advocate for customer needs within the company. + Collect customer feedback and analyze it to improve products. + Coordinate with sales team to enhance customer satisfaction. + Analyze data to provide insights into customer behavior. Requirements + Experience in a customer engagement or similar role. + Understanding of customer relations. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Strong analytical and organizational skills. + Proactive work ethic. + Problem-solving skills. + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
