Research, respond to, and document feedback received through various Voice of the Customer surveys
Assist with finding opportunities to improve or create customer-centric experiences at every touchpoint.
Support various consumer-focused programs through tracking and reporting
Assist with reports, presentations, and other materials, ensuring deadlines are met
Assist with projects, perform additional assignments, as needed

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc., with a strong ability to learn new tools quickly.
LocationThe primary location for this position is our Pittsfield, MA or Bethlehem, PA office location for three days each week, and work from home eligible for two days each week.
Salary Range:
$48,170.00 - $72,260.00The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
