Job Description:

The Run My Business (RMB) Journey team has embarked on an exciting series of initiatives to design and build our new online platform for TD business customers - TD Business Central (TDBC).  By putting our customers at the centre of everything we do and making it easier for colleagues to get things done, the Customer Engagement Strategy (CES) Pod is a key member of the RMB journey to drive distribution strategies and innovation through all stages of the product lifecycle. 

We are looking for a highly motivated Intern/Co-op to work with our CES Pod in designing and delivering the adoption and migration campaigns of TD Business Central.  TDBC modernizes our cash management services to meet customer needs as we move away from legacy platforms and manual processes across our multiple business segments (Commercial, SBB, Corporate).As the Intern/Co-op, your role is to be a strong self-starter,  who works well independently and also with team members and partners in Change Management, Communications, Front-line Sales teams and centralized teams that support our Cash Management products. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required to support our customer and colleague facing communications and initiatives. Working with the CES Pod, we will look to you to:Assist with all communications and operational support for customer migration and adoption programs, colleague and customers processes, surveys, data analysis, dashboard reporting.Participate in Next Evolution of Work (NEW) documentation for creating epics and stories that drive CES Pod activities.Participate fully as a member of the team, support a positive work environment that promotes service to the business, quality, innovation, and teamwork and ensure timely communication of issues/ points of interest.Keep others informed and up to date about the status / progress of projects and / or all relevant or useful information related to day-to-day activities.Maintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes in alignment with risk appetite.

Job Requirements:

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Data, Business/Commerce or related fieldMust be enrolled in an undergraduate degree with the intent of going back to school at the start of your work termAbility to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlinesAbility to communicate effectively with both business and technology stakeholders in both verbal and written formProficient in MS Office (powerpoint, excel, word), MS Outlook for creating presentations, planning initiatives, forecasting and tracking campaign performanceProficiency in French is an asset
