Customer Experience Account Manager Requisition ID: 42488 Job Location(s): Nordborg, DK **Job Description** Danfoss Climate Solution Segment are looking for a Customer Experience Account Manager to join our Turbocor® team in Nordborg. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for a designated portfolio of customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. As the customer’s advocate within the organization, you will manage customer interactions and collaborate with Technical Support, Logistics, Manufacturing, Key Account Managers, and Product Managers to deliver a seamless customer experience. You will have the opportunity to gain a large network both within our organization and with our customers. This is an on-site position, as we highly value in-office collaboration. **Job Responsibilities** As our new Customer Experience Account Manager, your primary responsibility is to ensure a seamless and professional customer experience by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and actively supporting our customers, all while staying ahead of their expectations. You will manage order inquiries, shipments, order changes, returns, and repairs using tools like Salesforce cases, calls, and emails. Your key tasks include but are not limited to the following: + Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a positive customer experience through proactive engagement and tailored solutions. + Manage sales orders, product returns, and exchanges while monitoring order status to align with customer forecasts and business objectives. + Serve as a liaison between the business and customers for planning, quality control, and material management to ensure timely order fulfillment. + Analyze and resolve order discrepancies, tactfully addressing misalignments through regular customer interactions. + Stay updated on promotional initiatives and business priorities to drive customer satisfaction and support profitable growth. **Background & Skills** To succeed in this role, you should have a background in customer service and account management, ideally within a manufacturing environment. You hold a degree in business administration or equivalent educational background. + You must be comfortable managing multiple priorities and engaging with various stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience. + You should have at least a few years of experience in a customer-focused service role and account management within a manufacturing environment. + Experience with SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Salesforce CRM for case and customer management is required. + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. + Fluent in both English and Danish. As a person, you possess a natural professional and friendly attitude, with a customer-focused approach. You should be an excellent communicator with a structured and solution-oriented mindset.
